**RETURNS AND CLAIMS POLICY**
BLANK MERCHANDISE
Should you wish to return an item simply call Pro Image Sportswear at 1-877-474-8989 for a Return Authorization. The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories. You will receive a prompt refund, excluding shipping charges. Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction. All merchandise being returned is subject to a 25% restocking charge. We will refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped merchandise only. We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
CUSTOM DECORATED MERCHANDISE
Pro Image Sportswear goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. You will receive Art Approval forms that will communicate to you how we understand your job’s directives. Your final approval tells us what you are expecting from us. Accordingly, Pro Image Sportswear
accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by Pro Image Sportswear
merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final Art Approval submitted by the customer.
